I read every email. If something is broken or confusing, please include the device model and iOS version so I can reproduce the problem.
Open the app → Settings → See Crisp Pro → Buy once. It is a one-time purchase — not a subscription — tied to your Apple ID.
Settings → Restore Purchase. Crisp Scan asks Apple whether your Apple ID owns the unlock and, if so, restores Pro immediately. No account or sign-in needed.
On your device, in the app’s private storage. If you enable Sync with iCloud in Settings, scans are also mirrored into your private iCloud database so they appear on your other Apple devices. Crisp Scan has no servers; we never see your scans.
Because there is nothing to sign in to. Crisp Scan has no accounts, no usernames, no passwords, and no servers. The Pro entitlement is verified against your Apple ID via StoreKit.
Open the document → Share / Export → choose a format (PDF, searchable PDF, or JPEGs). Searchable PDF embeds the recognized text so you can search the file in Files, Mail, Notes, etc.
In the export sheet, toggle Password protect and enter a password. The resulting PDF is encrypted with the standard PDF/AES algorithm and requires the password to open.
If iCloud sync is enabled, the deletion has already propagated to your other devices. There is no separate trash in this version of the app — sorry. We recommend using the Files app to keep PDF exports of anything you really do not want to lose.
